ClearLeaf Studios does not collect your personal data. This page explains what that means precisely, because “we care about your privacy” is not a policy.

Our apps

Our apps collect nothing. They have no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking SDKs, and no crash reporting that identifies you.

Everything you enter is stored on your device. It is not transmitted to us, because there is nowhere for it to be transmitted to: we operate no server that receives app data.

Because we never receive your data, we cannot sell it, share it, lose it in a breach, or hand it over. There is no retention period to describe and no deletion request to make. If you delete an app, its data is removed from your device with it.

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

Email

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Children

Where a ClearLeaf app is intended to be handed to a young child, it is designed for exactly that: no information collected about anyone, no advertising, no analytics, no external links and no in-app purchases.

Purchases

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple provides us with anonymous, aggregated sales figures.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Any change that affects what we collect will be announced in the relevant app’s release notes.
